Since 1942, Oak Harbor has been home to NAS Whidbey Island, and First United Methodist Church has welcomed the Navy community to this home-away-from-home. Whether you're planning to move to Oak Harbor or already here, we'd love to make a connection with you.

We meet each Sunday for worship at 10:00 am in our Sanctuary. There you'll experience a highly participatory worship service with an engaging message and a variety of worship music. After worship, you'll find tons of contagious chatter and friendship connections during our fellowship hour with tasty treats.
We are a committed congregation that loves being faith-filled, mission-engaged and family-connected in all that we do. We are a come-as-you-are congregation. Dress as comfortably and casually as you'd like. Children and infants are welcome in our worship service. Parents can also use Centennial Hall as a "child squirming" zone while watching the service on the big screen.
There is plenty of parking north and south of the church building. Due west are two supplemental city parking lots. We look forward to seeing you soon!
